Valérie FLUCK is a lawyer, partner and head of the legal department at PwC Law Firm's Strasbourg office. For more than 20 years, she has been advising regional, national and international companies as well as their managers in their mergers and acquisitions and more generally assists them in all their corporate law projects. As a member of the German Business Group of PwC France and perfectly bilingual French-German, she is also involved in cross-border restructuring operations. She has been acting as a trainer for the DJCE for 20 years on restructuring operations.
