Elias is a Director in the legal team of PwC Greece.

He holds a Bachelor in Law from Democritus University of Thrace and an LL.M. in International Economic Law from University of Warwick (Distinction).During the last nine years he has been actively involved in the implementation of the Privatization Programme agreed with the Institutional Creditors of Greece (IMF – ECB – EU).

He has significant experience in the banking and financial services sector and currently is involved in two systemic credit institution transformation projects in Greece. His has worked with demanding clients from almost all business sectors and has cooperated with leading experts in the legal, technical, financial sectors and regulatory and institutional authorities.
