Overview

Stanisław is an advocate with over 17 years of experience. He specialises in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. He advises on commercial disputes before common courts of all instances, arbitration courts, and National Appeals Chamber. Stanisław also represents clients before the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Arbitration Court at the SIDiR, the International Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, as well as ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules. 

Experience

Stanisław represented inter alia: 

a leading telecommunications operator in Poland in a court dispute over the payment of contractual penalties, a leader in the petrochemical industry in a series of court disputes over the payment of remuneration due for the performance of a contract,  an orderer in an arbitration dispute against a contractor under UNCITRAL, concerning issues relating to the implementation of the concession contract for the construction and use of a toll motorway section and the manner of settlement of the parties to that contract, a leader in the petrochemical industry in complex administrative cases involving unlawful action by administrative authorities,  a leading company operating in the insurance market in a litigation over the payment of contractual penalties for breach of a service agreement,  a construction industry entity in insolvency proceedings.
