Career

Beata provides full-scope corporate advisory services for investors who are about to start their operations in Poland and day-to-day counsel to entities that are already present on the Polish market. Beata brings 20 years of experience in handling private and public transactions in Poland.  

In her practice, Beata: advised a private equity fund as part of a project to invest in a retail bank in Poland; advised German clients in relation to selling the entire shareholdings in Polish subsidiary banks; represented a Belgian bank during the purchase of Polish bank offering retail banking products and consumer loans; advised a telecom company during the establishment of a joint-venture together with minority shareholders; represented an Israeli public company being a leader in crop protection during the purchase of a Polish agrochemical company; advised a US-based public company from the chemical sector on the purchase of a Polish chemical company. Beata advised one of the leading integrators and one of the largest plastic processing companies in the IPO process on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Beata Kiedrowicz was also involved in the privatisation of a leading bank specialising in corporate banking and international transactions; she advised a Scandinavian banking and insurance group on the purchase of majority stakes in Polish publicly-traded banks, during the process of taking over a private bank and in connection with a merger of banks.
