Corporate M&A

Alice Spridon is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since June 2013. She joined the Corporate M&A team at D&B David and Baias in July 2017. Her expertise focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, environmental law and regulatory matters.

She advises local and international clients on a broad spectrum of corporate projects, from day-to-day operations to the implementation of complex and multi-jurisdictional restructuring and reorganization projects, such as mergers, spin-offs and business transfers, M&A transactions and regulatory matters, across a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Retail, Food and Agribusiness, Technology, Media and Telecommunications.

Over the time, Alice has assisted both sellers and buyers in complex M&A transactions and has been engaged  in and coordinated numerous due diligence investigations across a wide range of industry sectors, being actively involved during the entire life cycle of M&A transactions, from initial discussions through transaction structuring, due diligence, contractual documentation drafting and negotiation and post-closing integration, providing also regulatory support with a view to sector-specifics.
