Radu Noşlăcan is a Bachelor of Law of the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca and has also benefitted from a scholarship at the University of Nantes, in France. Radu also holds a Master diploma in Public Procurement granted by the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013. Radu joined D&B David and Baias in May 2023 as part of the litigation team. His professional expertise lies in the broader field of business law, particularly in public procurement, commercial law, and administrative law.

Being fluent in several international languages, including English, French, and German, Radu has assisted and represented both national and international clients in commercial transactions and disputes before national and international courts, as well as arbitration tribunals.

In the field of litigation, Radu’s experience is extensive and includes cases characterized by a high level of technical complexity, in which he has played a decisive role in securing victories through meticulous and unconventional strategies.
