Marie-Laure HUBLOT has been a tax partner with the law firm PwC Société d' Avocats since 1 July 2007 and holds a doctorate in law. For more than 20 years, Marie-Laure has been advising French and foreign groups on a daily basis, particularly in French and international tax matters, reorganizations and tax litigation. Specialized in transfer pricing since 1996, Marie-Laure has dealt with various issues such as the determination and validation of international group transfer pricing policies, the implementation of global and local documentation, the management of intra-group intangible flows and services, as well as the monitoring of numerous tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements. Marie-Laure was seconded to the PwC office in New York (1996), London (2000/2001) and worked for 3 years in Brussels (2003/2005). Marie-Laure has been in charge of the law firm PwC Société d' Avocats de Toulouse since 2010.
