Nicolas is a Tax Partner with the M&A tax practice and co-leads the Africa Desk of PwC Société d’Avocats. He has 20 years experience in M&A, group restructuring, LBO and tax planning for cross-border transactions. Nicolas has organized and taken part in due diligence, tax structuring and tax support projects for French and international clients both corporate and private equity. He has worked for a broad range of top tear financial and strategic clients. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries including consumer products, telecom, energy and utilities, transport and media. Over the last recent years, he led various assignments in developing countries including for Africa : Angola, Algeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda
