After spending twelve years as an attorney within the corporate department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Paris, Thomas has joined PwC Société d’avocats, law firm member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers tax & legal network, at the beginning of July 2015 as legal Senior Manager working both in Paris and Toulouse offices. Thomas has strong experience in advising multinational clients in their international operations, mainly on cross-borders M&A transactions. His experience includes coordination of national international legal DD processes, mergers/acquisitions operations, post-deal restructuring, and general corporate advice. Specializing in M&A transactions, Thomas has developed a specific knowledge on cross-boarder deals and on private equity transactions. He is also familiar with all type of corporate questions for Target, including governance issues, management packages, internal restructuring (mergers, hive-down…) and complex reorganizations. Thomas frequently works for industrial and PE clients in relation with their M&A transactions and has developed a specific knowledge on project-driven businesses.
