Aurélie is a Partner in the Labour Law department of PwC Société d’Avocats. Aurélie advises national and international companies in various labour law areas, including conclusion and terminations of employment contracts, remunerations, profit-sharing schemes, working time organization, relationships with works councils and trade unions, etc. She also assists clients in employment-related disputes. Besides, she has significant experience in providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration projects and restructuring operations, involving transfer of employees or collective redundancies. Her clients include Paris listed companies and multinational corporations. She had assignments carried out in the health, chemicals, IT and new technologies, events sector, banking sector and for a wide variety of manufacturing clients.
