Guillaume is the leader of PwC’s International Tax Services (ITS) practice in France. With 25 years of experience both in Paris and New York where he spent 7 years as the leader of the French tax desk of PwC LLP, he thrives in providing global tax services and in advising French companies investing outside of France, in particular in the USA, and Foreign companies investing in France. He provides tax consulting services mainly for cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, structuring of efficient business models, financing and tax controversy. He also assists organizations to manage tax risk and compliance on a global and holistic basis. He frequently makes presentations to professional and student audiences in France and abroad and regularly publishes articles on international tax issues.
