José Manuel is highly experienced in  cross-border VAT issues, VAT planning and supply chain transactions. He led many global indirect tax projects for his clients.

He deals with indirect tax risk management, improving and optimizing their existing trading models and auditing their IT systems (ERPs). He is also mastering new technologies (e-commerce, development of electronic invoicing systems) and studies their impact on VAT management.

José Manuel has an extensive European and global business experience, having worked with a wide range of clients across different industry sectors.

He has notably been involved in the worldwide global integration of several large industrial groups and in the development and implementation of tax efficient structures and cash finding reviews for these clients.

He notably  intervenes for companies of Automotive, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.
