Renaud Jouffroy has been a tax Partner at PwC société d’avocats, law firm member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers tax & legal network, since the 1st July 1993. He has more than twenty five years’ experience as a Tax adviser for large French groups, assisting them in connection with their international development, and for international groups (primarily US and European). He focused on tax aspects of global structuring, financing, international reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. After spending two years in New York (2001-2003) in the PwC International Taxation group, Renaud has become one of the leaders of the ITS (International Tax Structuring) Department in Paris, advising on complex cross-border tax matters around the world. He is a member of the tax technical committee and has chaired numerous conferences about French, EU  and International tax.
