Partner

Fabien is a tax Partner specialised in French Corporate income tax and international tax. He is member of the International Tax Structuring Network of PwC. He provides on a day to day basis tax services to large / medium French international multinational companies mainly involved in international operations and transactions with a particular focus on inbound / outbound clients between France and Ireland and the UK. His fields of expertise includes reorganisations of multinational groups, mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, tax audit. He has also a massive experience on law firm activities in the course of restructuring, day to day advice tax and audit defence. He was in charge of the French tax desk in London during FY 08/09 and is now leading the French UK desk in PwC Paris.
