Pierre Escaut is a lawyer specialized in transfer pricing. He has been a Partner at PwC Société d’Avocats since July 2004. He started his career in 1990 as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen in Paris, and worked afterwards in the International Tax Department of Bureau Francis Lefebvre. He joined PwC Société d’Avocats in 1998, and has since devoted all his activity to transfer pricing. He has advised international groups in the area of transfer prices in numerous sectors (pharmacy, electronic, consumer goods, heavy industry, luxury…), with engagements mainly relating to documentation, assistance within tax audits, risk assessment and recommendation of transfer pricing policies. He is ranked as one of the key French experts in transfer pricing (in particular market survey by the review “Option Droit & Affaires”).
