After starting his career in 2004 at French law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre, Florent joined the transfer pricing department of PwC Société d'Avocats in 2007. Florent manages transfer pricing projects for French multinational companies and for French and African subsidiaries of foreign groups. He is more particularly involved in the design of transfer pricing policies, value chain transformation, supply chain restructurings, valuation of intangibles, and management of global transfer pricing documentation projects. Florent is also extensively involved in the defense of French companies in the course of transfer pricing audits, including mutual agreement procedures and litigation. Florent’s experience ranges across a number of industries, including more particularly retail and consumer goods, luxury, agri-business, digital services, pharmaceuticals and automotive.
