Katia Gruzdova is a French-qualified lawyer and tax partner within Transaction Services department of PwC Société d’Avocats. She advises French and international corporations on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, group reorganizations and divestments in France and abroad. She assists private equity houses in the context of LBO transactions. Katia is also in charge of the Russian Desk of PwC France, whose purpose is to assist French companies expanding in Russian Federation. Katia regularly contributes to French and international tax publications. She is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Association of Tax Advisors (IACF). She studied at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where she obtained a Master degree in International Taxation, a Master degree in Business law and Tax law and the degrees of Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE.
