Bernard is a Partner in the Labour Law department. He has more than 25 years of experience. He has extensive experience in providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and collective redundancies, on individual disputes involving employees, including employees with a specific status. Bernard is a specialist of the management packages and employee  benefits. He also frequently managed companies and/or plants closures in France, in the sector of the industry and services areas. His clients include  Private Equity Funds and Paris listed companies and multinational corporations. He had assignments carried out in the Health, chemicals, media, tourism and automotive and for a wide variety of manufacturing clients.
