Nicolas Mordaunt-Crook is partner at PwC Société d’Avocats and heads the legal section of theFinancial Services practice, which covers regulatory and transactional aspects alike. Both Frenchand English, Nicolas is a qualified lawyer (avocat) who joined PwC after practicing banking andfinancial law at Freshfields and Lefèvre Pelletier & associés (a prominent French law firm).Previously, Nicolas also worked for a consumer finance institution (Cofidis) and started his careerwith ASF (Association Française des Sociétés Financières), the French trade association forfinancing companies and specialized banks.
