Edith is a lawyer, Partner at PwC Société d'Avocats since 2002. She is specialised in business, competition and distribution law since 28 25 years. She advises and assists French and foreigners clients, notably for notifications of concentrations within French and European merger control proceedings as well as for multifilings of concentrations. She also deals with anticompetitive practices, such as concerted practices, abuses of dominant position, restrictive and discriminatory practices. She implements competition programs of compliance for clients of various sectors. She also supports clients for distribution contracts, all commercial agreements and tariff practices.
