Michał has represented many clients in complex criminal proceedings. He has participated in multiple internal tax investigations as an expert in the field of penal fiscal law. He is also well accomplished in designing and implementing compliance systems focused on limiting the risk of criminal and fiscal liability in companies operating in variety of industries.
