Cezary has been in charge of many M&A projects and has run the legal due diligence process for both buyers and sellers. He has coordinated work related to the group restructurings in Poland and abroad, as well as projects related to servicing direct foreign investments in Poland, including greenfield investments.

As part of his corporate practice, Cezary specialises in the processes of company divisions, mergers and conversions – in recent years, in particular, he has advised on large mergers of cross-border companies from different jurisdictions, coordinating the work of lawyers’ teams in Poland and abroad.

Cezary also offers comprehensive regulatory advisory services, e.g. for consumer law, transport law and games of chance. He has significant experience in providing services to FMCG companies, medical device manufacturers, consumer goods companies, as well as companies from the manufacturing and service sector. He is the author of many articles and books on commercial and international law.

Cezary has been an attorney-at-law ince 2005. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok and he obtained certificate of completion from the International and Comparative Law Institute at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He has worked at renowned law firms in Warsaw, Washington, D.C. and London.
