Karina is a lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. Karina’s main expertise and interest lies in corporate law, reorganisations and restructuring. She offers full-scale support when it comes to establishment and liquidation of the companies, transfer of business, bank account opening and any other corporate matter.

Karina also has developed passion for M&A projects, both – local and cross-border. As a lawyer she also provides legal assistance and contribution in preparation of legal opinions on issues of different complexity and concerning civil law matters.

During her experience at PwC Legal, Karina has had a chance to work with clients of different industries and has assisted them in successfully bringing their business to Latvian market.
