Aija is an Attorney at Law and Managing Senior Associate at law firm “PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal” in Latvia with approximately 19 years of experience in legal practice. Aija specializes in Privacy and Data Protection, Anti-money laundering and Consumer protection matters     .

Being a Head of Compliance practice group      in Latvia, Aija is providing legal assistance to various clients from different sectors, which has allowed her to gain an in-depth experience on different aspects relating to particular areas of law     . Aija has assisted several local and international companies to introduce effective management system to ensure compliance with privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements and consumer protection laws.
