Hélène is a lawyer and tax partner at PwC Société d'Avocats since 2004. She began her career as an auditor before joining the sector of Tax in France and then in England. Hélène assists her French and foreign clients in their development strategy in France and abroad. She is a member of the International Tax Team ("ITS") and leads PwC's China Business Group. She also contributes regularly to publications on international tax and is a member of the PwC France management team in charge of business strategy for Industry and Services clients. Hélène assists French and foreign international groups in their development, financing and post-acquisition integration strategies or as part of the evolution of their organisation in France and abroad. She also advises on tax audits and litigation, particularly in relation to financing. Hélène is involved as a Tax expert for PwC French audited companies and alongside the audit teams to bring the added value of her expertise and help anticipating risks.
