Marc-Olivier is a Partner in the law firm affiliated to the PwC network. He works in the Deals department and is an attorney at the Hauts-de-Seine bar. He joined the firm in 2011, after having worked in the tax department of US law firms for a couple of years. Marc-Olivier advises clients such as investment funds and international groups on the tax aspects of their exceptional transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, reorganization). He developed in particular a well recognized expertise in connection with the tax structuring of leveraged transactions, which he frequently acts on by advising French and foreign investment funds, with a particular emphasis on cross-border deals.
