Christophe Guénard is a partner specialised in Business law and notably Corporate law, M&A and Business ethics. Christophe has acquired a wide-ranging experience in the following fields: - Business model transformation, in the field of industry or large-scale distribution (restructuring of business scopes and activities, partial transfer of assets, cash flows modification, transfer of personnel), - Business ethics and governance, notably in the field of fraud and corruption, - Legal transactional assistance in the external growth of companies internationally. Christophe is also in charge of developing French group of companies settled abroad within PwC. Christophe is in charge of the Africa Desk for Tax & Legal services.
