Gunta is an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, practicing law for more than 10 years.

Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Gunta worked at one of the leading food production companies in the Baltic States, supporting the management team of the entrepreneur with legal assistance its day-to-day activities. As the result Gunta has acquired the extensive knowledge on legal issues in various legal areas, including – in commercial law, ensuring the successful conduct of several reorganization and business merger and acquisition processes, as well as solving complex issues of employment and competition law.

Before work at private sector Gunta gained essential experience in the Administrative District Court of the Republic of Latvia as a judge’s assistant for several years, thus expanding knowledge and skills in the administrative process.
