Benno is an attorney at law with 14 years of experience in practicing law. Currently Benno serves as the Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group of PwC Legal. Prior to joining PwC Legal Latvia, Benno was working in a management team of a Baltic-wide law firm. Benno has represented clients' interests in various fields of civil law, administrative proceedings, constitutional court proceedings, the Latvian Parliament and Cabinet of ministers. Benno mostly works with court proceedings, public procurement, construction, environmental law, state administration, and constitutional law. Benno represents clients' interests in courts and institutions and gives advice to clients in the planning of litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
