Marika Kütt specialises and has extensive experience in dispute resolution. Her main areas of expertise are civil court procedures, including bankruptcy and restructuring procedures, administrative court procedures and arbitration.

Marika has advised and successfully represented clients in a great variety of bankruptcy and restructuring procedures, also company law-related disputes, including shareholder disputes and disputes concerning the liability of management bodies. Marika has also successfully represented clients in complicated and substantial construction law cases.
