Senior Associate

Liisbeth Eero is specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as contract and business law.

Liisbeth graduated both her bachelors and master studies from the University of Tartu School of Law with honors. Before joining Ellex in Estonia, Liisbeth Eero acquired knowledge and experience at the Supreme Court of Estonia and several other law firms.

She has also studied at the summer law school of the University of Salzburg in Austria and has been an exchange student in Germany at the University of Münster. In 2017, she also represented the University of Tartu in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition. In addition, Liisbeth teaches seminars at the University of Tartu.
