Ilga Gudrenika-Krebs is a partner and much-sought expert in real estate law – from legal assistance and clients acquiring real estate to the management, lease and daily operations thereof as a business venture. Upon development of the residential rental market, clients seek advice from Ilga and ask for her legal assistance in this area as well. She has experience in construction and territorial planning projects, public procurement, and commercial law, coupled with expertise in real estate and administrative procedures.

Between 2006 and 2017 Ilga led the real estate practice of Ellex in Latvia. Furthermore, Ilga has in-depth knowledge and experience in litigation – both civil proceedings and administrative proceedings, as well as arbitration proceedings. She is fluent in intellectual property law and holds a certificate of a patient attorney in trademark matters.
