Inita Jurka is a partner with considerable experience in advising numerous local and international clients on matters related to real estate transactions – primarily commercial real estate transactions (agriculture and forest land, commercial and office buildings, logistics parks, development land, shopping malls), including assistance in transaction structuring, corporate restructuring, project financing and other related matters. Inita also advises real estate owners and managers on everyday real estate development, administration, and management. Her track record includes work on legislative changes, including participation in the development of new residential lease laws.
