Inese Freivalde is a senior associate with experience working as a lawyer in Latvia’s largest law firms. During the last 7 years, Inese’s main professional focus has been on construction and real estate matters.

Additional specialization includes general commercial law, administrative law, and immigration (residence permit) matters. Daily activities include advising Latvian and international companies on real estate transactions, real estate due diligence projects, development of real estate projects, and advising real estate developers on various construction-related matters: construction contracts, various matters related to issuance and registration of building permits, registration of construction permits, and certification of construction specialists.
