Alexei Loubkine heads the dedicated team specialized in general commercial law with a focus on related litigation.
Mr. Loubkine advises national and international clients, including public authorities, regarding various aspects of commercial and business law in industrial, service and financial sectors, among others, on matters related to distribution and cooperation agreements. He also has specific knowledge in contract and tendering matters related to public authorities. He has extensive experience in litigation both before Belgian judicial and administrative courts (Council of State) and before arbitral tribunals, and in enforcement related issues.
