David is head of the claims against public authorities team and a member of the personal injury and clinical negligence team. He leads the firm’s work on behalf of people who have suffered injury due to negligence and failures of duty of care. Leaning on his 15 years of experience, David is is passionate about access to justice for clients, sourcing Legal Aid funding where appropriate in order to make sure justice is available for all.

David takes a holistic approach when acting on behalf of clients who have suffered clinical negligence or personal injury, including those who have suffered catastrophic, spinal and brain injuries; endeavouring to secure the best result and quality of life possible in the future.

In his claims against public authorities work, David represents vulnerable individuals who have suffered injury, abuse, or have had their Human Rights breached due to failures by a public authority such as social services.
