Rankeshwar is a partner and head of the clinical negligence and personal injury department.  He handles a wide variety of clinical negligence and personal injury cases with a focus on maximum severity/catastrophic injury claims. In addition, Rankeshwar handles professional negligence cases arising out of personal injury and clinical negligence.

He is accredited to the Law Society Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Panel as well as the AvMA Clinical Negligence Panel and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  He qualified in 1995 having had a broad range of experience, in both civil and criminal litigation as well as non-contentious work.  In particular, Rankeshwar has extensive experience in all types of clinical negligence and personal injury cases but specialises in complex claims which usually have a catastrophic injury element.

This experience has resulted in being involved in extremely high-value complex claims which have resulted in multi-million-pound settlements or awards ranging from brain/spinal injury to orthopaedic injuries.
