Tom advises registered providers of social housing and their subsidiaries on various real estate matters including, but not limited to, development and regeneration projects and securitisation. He has worked for the social housing sector for over 15 years, training and qualifying in a large national practice and subsequently moving to a niche social housing practice where he developed his knowledge, skills and experience.
Prior to joining Anthony Collins, he led a national team of real estate practitioners involved in supporting registered providers in all aspects of real estate (transactional and advisory).
