Gill has spent her legal career working in the field of claimant Clinical Negligence and Serious Personal Injury.
Gill has particular interest in cases involving birth injury, acquired brain injury and medical and surgical complications.  She has secured numerous multi-million pound settlements for claimants, whilst throughout maintaining a warm and supportive relationship with her clients.
Gill's ability to provide a new and fresh persepctive on client matters has afforded her an excellent reputation amongst leading counsel.  Gill has successfully resurected and settled claims which have been rejected or abandoned by other high ranking solicitors.  As such Gill is regularly referred work that benefit from her combined medical and legal expertise.

Qualified as a Registered General Nurse in Sheffield in 1987, Gill worked as a ward sister for five years before taking a career break to have a family and retrain in law.  Gill qualified as a solicitor in 2005, joining Jobling Gowler Solicitors in 2014. Gill becase a partner in 2017.
