1996: Began working professionally in Turin, specializing in commercial, administrative and arbitration law. 2001: Collaborated with CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, becoming partner in 2008. He has accrued a solid grounding in commercial law, corporate law, bankruptcy law, litigation and arbitration law. He mainly deals with contractual and corporate litigation, both in ordinary and arbitration settings, as well as business contracting, matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions

Collaborates with the Department of Economic Law, Private Law for the Economy Section of the Faculty of Economics of the "Bicocca" University in Milan, at which he is contracted to lecture Lectures on corporate law for various corporate law masters courses
