Ashleigh Wong is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in contested probate and deals with challenges to the validity of wills, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims and disputes arising during the administration of trusts and estates.

Ashleigh is a highly experienced litigator. Her practice involves a wide range of disputes arising from and related to contested probate and trusts. She is regularly instructed in matters involving allegations of fraud, undue influence, financial or elder abuse and misappropriation of estate assets. She also advises on matters relating to proprietary estoppel, breach of trust and Court of Protection matters.

Ashleigh is particularly client focused and provides tailored advice on complex issues, ensuring is the client is kept fully informed at all stages.
