Marie is a Partner in the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Team.

Marie completed her training contract at Gardner Leader and qualified in 2002. On qualification, Marie joined the Wills and Estate Planning team of another local firm where she spent an additional 15 years furthering her knowledge and experience in all aspects of estate planning. After a short career break to spend time with her young family, Marie has welcomed the opportunity to return to  Gardner Leaders Inheritance Protection Team.

Marie prides herself in the relationship she builds with her clients and by providing clear and understandable advice.

Marie specialises in all aspects of estate planning. She is able to advise on the preparation of Wills both simple and complex where asset protection and/or vulnerable beneficiaries are to be considered. Marie can help individuals and their families with all aspects of succession, tax and asset protection planning.

Marie is experienced in the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney. She also deals with Court of Protection applications where capacity is an issue.

Marie also advises and acts for the personal representatives in relation to the administration of estates both taxable and non-taxable.
