Rabika is an Associate in the Employment Team and is based at the Maidenhead Office.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 within a well-known trade union firm. Rabika joined Gardner Leader in March 2021 and has since received a promotion to Associate within the firm.

Rabika takes a pragmatic approach to situations and aims to provide clear and practical advice whilst appreciating the need to minimise risks for her clients.

Rabika has experience in dealing with a vast spectrum of employment issues, including dismissals, discrimination, wage/holiday pay and TUPE-related claims. She has a thorough understanding of litigation having dealt with single and multi-party matters at the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.

Rabika also advises on topical employment issues and non-contentious matters including grievance/appeal procedures, contracts of employment and settlement agreements. Rabika previously assisted with running our HR Exchanges and regularly produces employment articles for our website as well as for various external media channels.
