Commercial Disputes
Katie is a commercial dispute resolution specialist with experience in banking and finance litigation. Her work includes cross border injunctions, civil fraud, commodities actions, corporate litigation and a significant amount of international arbitration, including at a sovereign/interstate level.
Katie has a strong focus on the technical aspects of her cases. She was listed as a Rising Star for Commercial Litigation in the 2022 Legal 500 rankings.
