Celestina is a Senior Associate with the Tax Practice of the Firm. She has demonstrated an enviable depth of knowledge in tax advisory services, tax negotiations, arbitrations, litigation, legislative drafting, tax planning, restructuring and compliance. She has advised on inbound and outbound transactions relating to company income tax, petroleum profit tax, personal income tax , employment tax, withholding, value-added tax, capital gains tax and transfer pricing. Celestina also brings to fore her experience in the oil & gas and energy sectors, in proffering value-driven strategies to achieve efficient tax results.
