He is a partner in the Enterprise Practice of the firm. He also supervises the Firm’s Competition Law Practice and has advised on notable M&A transactions and a number of merger filings in this jurisdiction.

He supervised the team that advised IHS Towers Limited on the acquisition and leasing of over 100 real estate assets across Nigeria on the acquisition of over 5,000m2 of real estate in Lagos State for the development of advanced healthcare facilities by a private equity firm and currently advising on the project development phase of the project.

He is currently advising NNPC Limited on the acquisition the entire assets of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (the state-owned oil & gas corporation). Advised on the corporate group restructuring of R28 Limited to achieve tax efficiency and an optimized administration of a group of 35 companies; Advised  R28 Limited on its acquisition of the shares in Ampliar Resources Limited, an integrated service company in the energy industry; Advised on the corporate group restructuring of R28 Limited to achieve tax efficiency and an optimized administration of a group of 35 companies;

He is currently advising Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited (WSPOL) and Waltersmith Exploration and Production Limited (WSEP), members of the Waltersmith Group, on a scheme of merger resulting in the combination of WSPOL and WSEP.
