Oluseye is the Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a seasoned litigator and Senior Advocate of Nigeria who has successfully argued landmark cases before several courts in Nigeria that are today, precedents on principles of law. Oluseye has also gained a sterling reputation internationally having supported counsel on complex matters in other jurisdictions.

Oluseye advises on corporate finance, trade finance, insolvency, receivership and capital markets – and led the team that advised on the first supranational bond issuance in Nigeria. He is a trusted advisor to governments, multinationals and DFIs and has been appointed by a number of high profile creditors to act as receiver-manager over distressed assets and companies.

Oluseye has been described by Chambers as having a vast presence in project documentation and drafting.
