Chukwuemeka  advises a diverse range of local and foreign clients on oil and gas transactions across the entire value chain, with special focus on gas agreements.

He also has significant experience spanning corporate and structured finance, project financing, dispute resolution, maritime practice as well as tax litigation and receiverships. Chukwuemeka was also part of the team that advised on the Nigerian banking sector reforms.

Chukwuemeka is a member of the Nigerian Gas Association and was formerly a legal assistant with the Oil and Gas Sector Reforms Implementation (Presidential) Committee.
