Fatoş is the co-head of Banking, Finance & Capital Markets (BFC) practice of Pekin Bayar Mizrahi with an outstanding record of advising broad range transactions with over 10 years of experience. She works in both cross-border and domestic financing/alternative-financing and capital markets transactions including acquisition, project, corporate and asset financing, and other hybrid financings related to various types of loans such as FIs, bilateral, syndicated and ECA-covered loans, commodity financings, NPL transactions, IPOs, securitizations and offerings.

She further has an extensive experience in advising on launching operations and/or products of technology start-ups and mature technology companies in Turkey. She is one of the leading young lawyers in Turkey with an in-depth sector knowledge and experience specifically in the fintech, foreign exchange, crypto and online-gaming/gambling sectors. Her clients include world’s leading crypto platforms and also leading technology, app-tech and gaming companies.

In addition to the foregoing, she regularly advises major corporate and commercial transactions, including M&As, joint ventures and strategic partnerships especially within the area of technology, defence, gaming, gambling, energy, infrastructure and hospitality.
