Career
- Specialises in civil and commercial law, particularly advising both vendors and sellers on merger and acquisition transactions.
- He advises on projects concerning corporate venture capital and take-overs on the private equity market, negotiating investment and joint-venture agreements.
- He has extensive practical experience in due diligences and vendor due diligences of companies operating in various sectors (e.g. pharmaceutical, food, clothing, production), including as coordinator of the team of lawyers conducting the review.
- He supports clients in corporate matters, including devising and selecting optimum operating form, structuring corporate governance principles and internal regulations, and developing company management and supervision models.
- He has taken part in a number of restructuring projects in both domestic and international capital groups covering, e.g. consolidation, transformation, demerger and liquidation of business entities.
